Sometimes an unidentified sender can show up as either of the above and this is common

It's known on the internet as a 'black list'. So if you see it in Bulk or Junk you need take action

What to do is tell your mailbox that this sender is okay and should not be redirected

This list of good senders is known as your 'white list'
