Sometimes an unidentified sender can show up as either of the above and this is common
-
It's known on the internet as a 'black list'. So if you see it in Bulk or Junk you need take action

What to do is tell your mailbox that this sender is okay and should not be redirected
-
This list of good senders is known as your 'white list'

To add a senders e-mail to your 'white list' typically one clicks to open the e-mail and receives a prompt for a decision
-
An Example using MSN Hotmail might look something like this...
-
We've identified this mail as junk. Please tell us if we were right or wrong by clicking Junk or Not Junk
-

Your account has both upper and lower case alpha characters a special character and numeric characters
