At 6:00 a.m. this morning the Moon will be at 15
degrees in the zodiac sign of Libra. This mornings chart displays
the energy of a Ruby Soul and an Emerald Soul. In

collection of energy (Ruby Soul) it is notable how very powerful
the effects of this energy are to the earth and to us who live here. The energy
is powerful because it has no interruptions. It is free to flow easily back and
